The Alabama School Nutrition Association held Camp CNP for lunchroom managers across the state during the month of October at Shocco Springs in Talladega, Alabama. Nearly 100 managers came together for Alabama's first manager's only retreat that focused on the theme of Exploring Effective Communication. Over the course of the retreat, participants dove into a variety of topics and activities focused on nurturing communication skills, building stronger connections with colleagues and students, and ultimately achieving the common goal of providing excellent customer service. Participants received a total of 7.5 continuing education hours for attending the two day event.
